Terms & Conditions
Whole Therapies is a private Occupational Therapy practice owned and operated exclusively by Robyn Thomas O.T.Reg (MB), E-RYT 500. The scope of practice meets the College of Occupational Therapists in Manitoba (COTM) guidelines and is registered and insured.
By using Whole Therapies, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all Terms and Conditions, do not use Whole Therapies. We may change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and any changes will be included in the Terms and Conditions posted on the website. Please check the Terms and Conditions for changes. Your continued use of Whole Therapies after the Terms and Conditions have been changed constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Payment and Refund Policy
Clients will be charged at a set rate (initial and subsequent services) plus 5% GST. Service includes written recommendations based on assessment, when applicable. Clients may request a formal report for an additional fee. Package rates are available for ongoing direct therapy, when appropriate. Mileage and travel costs may be added, depending on location. Any additional items will be charged at cost.
Clients will be invoiced for each service provided and payment is due at the time of service. Whole Therapies accepts these forms of payment: cash, e-transfer, debit, Visa, MasterCard. Whole Therapies does not bill directly to Third Parties. Invoice receipts will be issued for each service paid for.
With no exception, refunds for services will not be provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your appointment by phone, or email 24 hours prior to your service. Failing this 24-hour-cancellation notice, you will be charged $50.00. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service price. This fee is to be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Consideration will be given upon circumstance.

We will not be liable if for any reason if all or any part of the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the website, or the entire website, to users.
client confidentiality and consent
Communication through email, website, text, and in-person is confidential in accordance with the Personal Health and Information Act (PHIA); however, transmission of any information through digital platforms comes with risk in breaching this. Whole Therapies is not responsible for any information mistakingly shared or accessed through digital platforms, though will assume safety precautions in accordance with PHIA.
Persons engaging with Whole Therapies consent to the Terms and Conditions and the Services it provides.
